Treats a la Bark exclusively reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove components of the terms of conditions of use at any time. It is your responsibility to read the terms of conditions of use regularly for any updates or changes and by continuing to use the website means that you agree to any of the changes. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of use, Treats a la Bark will provide you non-exclusive, non-transferrable and limited use and entry of the site.
You agree to not gain unauthorised access to any section, services offered, system, server or network connected or used by the site or Treats a la Bark, by hacking, password mining or by any other illegitimate means.
You agree to not use any software, device or similar to interfere or attempt to interfere with site or any any transactions being made, or manipulate any other persons use on the site.
You may not disguise the origin or identification of any message being sent to Treats a la Bark, the site or any other services provided. You also agree to be truthful and not disguise you identity under any circumstances while using the site, the services or communicating with Treats a la Bark. If you are asked to register an account with us (meaning ID and Password) it is up to you to protect that information and confidentiality of your account details. You are also responsible for any activities that occurs under your account.
Accurate Representation of Products
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products both in text and in graphics. Slight colour variations may exist as a result of our photo editing process and/or your computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Treats a la Bark will not be held responsible for such colour variations as this is beyond our control.
Marketing & Communications
We will only send you marketing and promotional communications if you have indicated prior acceptance of this. If you wish to unsubscribe to our communications at any time, please contact us on email@example.com.
Availability of Stock
All orders are subject to the availability of stock. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. In such events, we will notify you by phone, email or mail using the information you provide. All monies will be refunded using the original payment method.
All payment options are listed at the time of checkout. These include PayPal (Visa/Mastercard) and Direct Deposit. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure that your order is placed correctly. Treats a la Bark accepts payments through Paypal, a secure online payment portal. You do not need to be registered with Paypal in order to make a payment using your Visa/Mastercard Credit or Debit cards.
Shipping and Delivery
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY RATES
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS: $12.00 TRACKED AND INSURED
For Australian postage, Treats a la Bark charges a flat rate of $12.00 on any single item purchase within the same transaction. All orders are sent via courier with a tracking number and are fully insured for your peace of mind. Delivery for orders over $75 within Australia will be free of charge with a tracking number and are fully insured.
We cannot send items to a PO BOX via courier so in these cases, we will send via Australia Post.
NZ & SG Flat Rate: $19.95
Worldwide Flat Rate: $30.00
Free shipping does not apply to international transactions. Shipping charges DO NOT include any individual country’s customs fees, tariffs or duties (see below). All packages will have actual value declared.

All delivery times are estimates as we cannot guarantee what is beyond our control.
AUSTRALIA WIDE: Please allow 1-7 working days
OVERSEAS: We currently do not offer shipping overseas for our treats however please allow up to 30 working days for our non-perishable items (such as the bowls and jars).
We do not take any responsibility for misplaced parcels. We offer tracking number services for your peace of mind however we cannot guarantee what is beyond our control.
Please note: A signature may be required on receipt of orders being delivered. If you are not going to be home, it may be better to send the parcel to your work address.
When the courier attempts a delivery and the receiver is not in attendance, the courier will leave a Re-delivery card. This Re-delivery card informs the receiver that a delivery has been attempted but there was no one in attendance. The parcel is then held by the courier or at the local depot for 48 hours.
Please note: Failure to collect the item may result in the parcel being sent back to us. In this case, re-deliveries will incur a redelivery fee.
In using www.treatsalabark.com.au you accept that an order is considered delivered when the courier updates the Postal tracking number for that shipment to ‘Delivered’. We will only ship to the address listed on your order form. Pick up options are not available. Please note that we are not responsible for postal damage or loss of items marked as “authority to leave”.
International duties & taxes
You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by your country of entry. Furthermore, Treats a la Bark is not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left Australia. Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by Treats a la Bark. When the returned merchandise is received by Treats a la Bark, you card account will be credited for the merchandise only.
If you have questions regarding customs or duties charges and procedures in your country, it is your responsibility, not ours, to research this information PRIOR to placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
Treats a la Bark will exchange or refund non-perishable items within 2 weeks of the original purchase date. You must however, notify us of your intent to access a refund or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the goods. You can notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Goods must be in their original condition – unused. We reserve the right to reject any claim for a refund or exchange where we suspect that the goods have been used. This decision will be made at our absolute discretion. All items that are sent back must be posted via registered post. Any item that is not sent via registered post and goes missing in the post will not be credited. Treats a la Bark will not provide a replacement or refund if the original items are not returned and we take no responsibility for lost parcels.
Please note that Treats a la Bark does not provide any refund or exchange for overseas buyers so please choose carefully.
Please note that our treats cannot be exchanged.
If Treats a la Bark has made an error and dispatched the incorrect item, we will pay for the return (and subsequent) shipping costs where applicable.
Where a refund is requested, we will return the money using the original payment method. Your refund will only be processed once we receive the goods back in their original and unused condition. We will not under any circumstance refund your money for postage and handling.
Please note that our treats cannot be refunded.
Where an exchange is required, please return your original item to us with a note indicating which item you would like to have in exchange. Once we receive the goods, we will dispatch your new item. You are required to pay any difference in price before we dispatch the new item(s). You are required to pay for the postage of the new goods, and the postage costs of returning the unwanted items. Treats a la Bark will not be held liable for any postage incurred during the exchange process whatsoever.
You must comply with all proprietary and copyright notices on this Site. This Website is owned by www.treatsalabark.com.au, and subject to copyright. The information on this Site is protected under Australian copyright laws. Subject to provisions of the Copyright Act 1968 (Australia), you must not in any form or by any means:
(a) copy, adapt, reproduce, broadcast, store, transmit, distribute, print, publish or create derivative works from any information or material on this Site;
(b) alter, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify any material or information that you receive from this Site which can be accessed through this Site; or
